Tongue cleansing has been medically shown to improve both oral care and wider health issues, but is something of an alien concept for many.

Our job for Amano’s traditionally styled tongue cleansers required us to think about not only normalising, but celebrating this challenging regime for consumers.

  The aim was to create something that deliberately broke all the standard oral care codes with a series of bespoke design handle patterns to fit with your bathroom décor or personal taste. 

A clean, modern identity builds the products unique shape into its visualisation and has been applied to the products packaging and communications.

Results

The new designs have certainly got tongues wagging – reviews in Style Magazine, on ITV’s Morning show as well as the British Medical Journal have all focused on the stylish new graphics.
